Charmasson Vin de France Balazu des Vaussieres 2011
Natural wine. Sans soufre. Certified Biodynamic. Former Tavel producer gone totally back to basics. The wine makes itself in stainless steel. Super energy. 1300 bottles made.
Clos des Boutes Costières de Nimes Pluriel 2012
Biodynamic, vin nature, made simply sans soufre in enamel tank. Terrific bistro wine. Super energy, freshness and fruit purity. Carignan perfect in these soils.
Félines Jourdan IGP Coteaux De Bessilles Chardonnay 2011
Elegant, rich and creamy, it tastes much more expensive than it is. Fantastic quality comes from perfect terroir for whites: next to lagoon with sea breezes. Very simple wine-making by top Picpoul producer.
Félines Jourdan IGP Coteaux De Bessilles Sauvignon 2012
This is a fantastic value version of this classic grape variety. Its brilliance is due the combination of gentle, cooling sea breezes and warmth of this beautiful coastal part of the Languedoc. Here, Sauvignon doesn’t have the bright and shiny character of New Zealand Sauvignon but leans towards a more mineral, smokey, melon character.
