This night’s wine dinner offers a unique line up of great natural wines produced from rare grapes, including Incrocio Manzoni, Xarel-lo Vermell and Macabeo. They’ll make a beautiful marriage with the course menu by Chef Sakai.

New Winemaker Dinner announced: Domaine des Espiers, 2013/12/02 (Monday)
Please join us in welcoming to Tokyo, for the very first time, Philippe Cartoux, owner and winemaker of Domaine des Espiers.
We’ve listed his wines since 2003 and, thanks to you, are one of his biggest customers. Yet Philippe hates flying so we’ve had to wait for the occasion of our 10th anniversary to see Philippe here. He’s a great guy and very excited to be travelling further than he’s ever done in his life to see us!

Cool, fresh, fine and perfumed. Red fruit aromatic richness. Sophisticated, complex, urban, rather than country. Only 500 cases. From organic vines, made by modern and traditional methods with a gentle touch, bottled young to emphasise fruit purity.
